When it comes to pricing, it varies per work project. Factors such as the amount of projected time to complete the task, the risk it may involve, as well the cost of parts & materials required to complete it. Typically any project can range from $100 - $1000 with those key factors. Filling out the work request, gives me a better idea as to what task needs to be done. Any additional information I can gather from you will determine the price.
Can you do an online estimates?
After you fill out a Work Request, I will forward you an email or text for additional information. In which case you can forward me any pictures you may have that I can review. I may also request additional pictures to verify the problem and depending on the accuracy of the pictures I can give you an estimate over the phone.
In terms of repairs, what if I don't have much information about the problem?
That's ok, I will call or email you to get more information. Possibly the best course of action will be, for me to do an Assessment Analysis. What that entails is I visit the location, and find the root cause of the issue is. This typically can take 1-2 hours, once I have assessed everything I will talk to you either in person, on the phone, or video chat. I will present you a detailed analysis of what I discover.
Does that cost anything?
Yes, I charge an Assessment Analysis fee of $100, which includes pictures, videos, and detailed information of my assessment. However this fee can be credited towards the overall bill of the repair if you decide to get it done by me.
What If you can't find the problem?
Typically I like to communicate with the customer to see if I can provide the necessary service for your issue. Sometimes the scope of the work may fall out of my necessary service, and I would give you some recommendations as to what kind of service work you may need. An Assessment Analysis is not always necessary especially if you know what the problem may be. However it is very beneficial to make sure you understand the root cause of your problem. Instead of being ripped off from a service professional who may not have the best intention.
What type of payments do you take?
I take Cash, Card, Zelle, Venmo.
Is there an additional transaction fee for using Card, Zelle, or Venmo?
There are no additional transaction fee for any payment for my service.
Do you accept checks?
I only take business checks from commercial property.
What if I am not present to pay after the job is completed?
You can make a payment online. All I require is your e-mail address to forward you the invoice. You will receive an email from notify@talech.com within 5-10 mins once it is generated. Once you receive the email, click on View Invoice. From there you can click the Pay Now button and complete the payment step.
How do I submit a work request?
Look for the "Submit a Request" button at the top menu and bottom of the page.
